What is a credit? +
1 credit = 1 AI prompt generation. The prompt is optimized for DALL-E 3 or Midjourney to create your 3D mug design. The 3D viewer preview is always free and unlimited.
How does the 3D preview work? +
The 3D mug viewer runs entirely in your browser using WebGL (Three.js). Upload your image and it gets mapped as a texture around the 3D mug instantly — no server needed for the preview.
Do credits roll over? +
On paid plans, credits refresh each month on your billing date. Unused credits do not carry over. Free plan credits are one-time only.
What image format should I upload? +
PNG, JPG, or WEBP up to 500 MB. For best results with mug wraps, use a 2:1 ratio image (3300×2550px at 300 DPI). But any image works for the 3D preview.
Can I cancel my subscription? +
Yes, cancel anytime from your Profile page. You keep your credits until the end of the billing period. No questions asked.
